Entry on the day Price: £2 for all (free with WFRA Junior membership), in addition to show entry. Senior, U17 and U20: 12.15 start (registration 10-11.55) U7, U9, U11, U13 and U15: 11.15 start (registration 10-10.55)
Age categories for each race are based on age on 31st December 2025: under 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 20, 20 and over (senior) Minimum age for races is 6 on the day (younger runners may run with an accompanying adult) Kit requirements will be decided on the day depending on prevailing weather conditions
Senior, U15, U17, U20 : waterproof coat and trousers, hat, gloves, map and compass
U7, U9, U11, U13: waterproof coat, hat and gloves
The U15 and younger courses will be marked with arrows and flags, with plenty of marshalls. The senior course will have basic arrows at key turning points. Runners should familiarise themselves with the route before the race. The routes are shown on the WFRA website:
